I grew up in Southern California, where warm weather and theme parks were already part of the rhythm of life. Moving to Florida felt like a natural next chapter—and living here has given me a genuine appreciation for everything Central Florida offers after the park day ends.
Theme Park Living grew from that perspective. It is part real estate resource, part neighborhood guide, and part ongoing love letter to a region where vacation energy and everyday life overlap in some wonderfully unexpected ways.
